Here’s how to deposit with cryptocurrency:

1. Access the Cashier and select your preferred cryptocurrency.

Bitcoin is the most popular cryptocurrency and the number one player’s choice for deposits and payouts.

Other world-leading cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Tether (USDT), and Solana (SOL) are available for deposits under “Altcoins”. Each of these cryptocurrencies operates on specific networks, so it is essential to verify the network compatibility before initiating a transaction.

2. Enter the desired deposit amount.

If you have a bonus code you want to claim, this is the moment to use it. Then, click on “Continue Deposit”.

3. Pick up your one-time recipient wallet address.

If you are on your mobile, you will have a long wallet address to copy. If you are on your desktop computer, you will have a QR code to scan with your digital wallet app. Just keep in mind these will be good for 15 minutes and can only be used once per deposit. For platform-specific instructions, refer to the steps for Coinbase, Binance, or Cash App to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Certain Altcoins are supported on multiple networks. To avoid losing funds, always confirm that you're using the correct network. Double-check the network details in your wallet and ensure they match the network specified in the Cashier before proceeding.

4. Go to your secure digital wallet to send crypto.

Open your crypto wallet and choose the “Send” option. Input the amount and paste the destination address copied from the Cashier or use the QR scanner to scan the address QR code. For detailed instructions, consult the specific steps for your wallet platform, such as Coinbase, Binance, or Cash App.

Review the recipient details, network, and fees before submitting the transaction. For faster confirmation times, it is recommended to select a higher transaction fee. If you encounter delays, consider increasing the transaction fee and resubmitting the transaction to expedite processing.

Once you've confirmed all details, proceed to send the cryptocurrency.

5. Submit for confirmation.

Back in the BetOnline Cashier, you can now select “I’ve Completed My Deposit”. Your deposit will be submitted to the blockchain for confirmation.

Once you have gotten the required blockchain confirmation, the funds will appear in your BetOnline account balance, in the top right of the screen. This usually happens within 15 minutes.

In crypto speak, a confirmation means that the transaction has been processed. Transactions receive a confirmation when they are included in a block in the blockchain. Ethereum, Ripple, and other currencies have their own version of a blockchain. The number of confirmations required varies by cryptocurrency, with Bitcoin typically requiring 1-6 confirmations and Ethereum requiring fewer. This ensures the transaction is securely validated.

Keep in mind, we cannot guarantee timely cryptocurrency deposits for transfers sent with low transaction fees. If your deposit is delayed, check the transaction status on the blockchain explorer and ensure the correct network and fees were used. Contact support if issues persist.
