NFL Grand Salami is for Sunday’s NFL games only. All Sunday NFL games must go 55 minutes for action.
All games must be played on the scheduled date and at the original intended venue for wagers to have action. In the event that either of these are changed then the game will become void and a new wagering market will be created.
In the result of a tie, three-or-more-team Vegas Teasers are reduced to the next lowest payoff (i.e. a five-team Vegas Teaser turns into a four-team Vegas Teaser, four-team Vegas Teasers become three-team Vegas Teasers and so on). With two-team Vegas Teasers the following occurs:
Tie and a Win = No Action
Tie and a Tie = No Action

In all other Teaser bets offered by BetOnline, a tie results in a loss for wagering purposes.
