What is a Passkey?
A passkey is a modern, password-free way to sign in to your BetOnline account. Instead of typing a username and password, you confirm your identity using the same method you use to unlock your device - like your Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, or your device PIN!
Passkeys are built on secure cryptographic standards which means your private credentials never leave your device and cannot be stolen, guessed or phished like traditional passwords.
What is it used for?
Passkeys let you log-in to BetOnline faster, more securely, and without having to remember another password. They’re especially useful for protecting your account and funds against phishing attacks and credential theft.
Advantages of using a Passkey
Faster sign-in experience — no typing required.
No passwords to remember or reset.
Stronger protection against phishing and account theft.
Built-in two-factor security — no separate 2FA code needed.
Works seamlessly with your device’s built-in security features.
Available across all your synced devices (iCloud Keychain, Google Password Manager, Windows Hello).
Your biometric data never leaves your device — it’s privacy-friendly by design.
