How do I request a withdrawal through the Person to Person method?
1. Login to your account. Access the Cashier, and click on “Withdrawal”.
2. The screen will display your current balance. Enter the desired withdrawal amount. 
If you are not able to request a withdrawal at the time, the following pop-up message will appear, informing you of the reason.
3. Select “MoneyGram” from the list of available options.
4. Verify your personal details (Receiver Details) to finalize the withdrawal request. The person to person money transfer will be sent to the name and address registered to your account. You will be required to show your ID to collect the funds, which can be picked up in any state within the same country.
Payout fees are debited from your account.
Person to person payouts requested before 1PM EST will be available within 5 business days and must be picked up within 10 days.
