I played in a Blackjack tournament and my winnings have not been credited.

While your Account Balance is adjusted instantly as you play in the Casino, the day’s transactions will automatically be taken from your current balance. To see the most current balance, ensure all Casino browsers are closed and refresh your Sportsbook web browser.

I was playing in the live casino and my winnings weren´t paid correctly

If you believe your winnings were not paid correctly, please contact our Player Services Team in order for us to perform a review for that casino hand/round. Please have the following information ready for us: Name of the Game, wagered Amount, when the game was played, how much was won/lost and how much you believe you should have won/lost. We’ll be happy to assist you.

I received a casino bonus but when i try play i receive and error.

Occasionally, bonuses will be added to your account for promotions and will be available for immediate use in the Casino only. Keep in mind, not all games are available for bonus play. I deposited and have not received my casino bonus

I was playing in the regular casino and the game froze and did not pay me

If you were disconnected right in the middle of a spin, the game will finish that spin and credit you if you win. If you lose, your balance will remain unchanged. If you believe you won and were not paid accordingly, please contact our Player Services team, and we will be happy to conduct a game review for you.
