By using our poker services, you get access to an outstanding quantity of bonuses and promotions.
All poker bonuses must be used within the poker product; for example, a casino in poker bonus MUST be used in the casino section within the poker client.
Game Bonus (GB)
You can be awarded a game's bonus either through a contest or by email communication.
Details of where the bonus can be used will be communicated to you either in the contest details window or via email.
How to find out if my GB has restrictions?
To view any active bonus click on the bonus section or alternatively via the cashier if logged in on a desktop client.
If you have an active bonus it will display here along with any restrictions, in the below example the GB is restricted to Casino in Poker games.

GB funds will not show separately to your bankroll and will be utilized before your real cash balance.
GB must be wagered 1x before being converted to real cash and becoming withdrawable.
Locked Bonus (Locked)
A locked bonus is a bonus that will be released in increments of cash based on rake generated.
Where to view your Locked Bonus?
All information for the bonus available, expiry, rake requirements per cash released increments can be viewed from the cashier window in the Bonus section.
Alternatively, this can be viewed via the cashier window for desktop clients.

Bonus Money (BM)
A player can be awarded bonus money either through a contest or by email communication.
Bonus money can only be used in the Casino in Poker games within the poker clients. Any specific game restrictions on where the bonus can be used will be communicated to a player either in the contest window or via email.
Tournament Money (TM)
Tournament Money (TM) is promotional funds that you can earn via bonuses or contests.
These bonus funds can be used to register for a player’s preferred tournament type within the poker client.
How to find which tournament I can use my TM for the Buy-in?
When you try to register for a tournament, you´ll see the information in the Buy-in details. If TM can be used, it will be clearly shown.
Unfortunately, you cannot combine your TM and Cash balances to buy-in to a tournament; both balances are separate.
If using the desktop clients, you can also use the filter to find tournaments that accept TM by following the instructions below:
Go to the Tourneys or Sit & Go tab.
Click Filter
Under Buy-in, select TM
This will display only the tournaments where Tournament Money is accepted.
Under Buy-in, select TM.
This will display only the tournaments where Tournament Money is accepted.
Where can I see my available Tournament tickets?
You can view your available tournament tickets in the Cashier.
For desktop players, click onthe menu under the Tickets section and then View.
Mobile players can see their tickets in the cashier at the bottom of the section.
Here you will see any Tournament tickets currently available on your account. If no active tickets are available, this will be empty.
The view option includes:
Any expiration times
Value of the tournament under the cost column
Open/Find Tournament takes you to the related tournament lobby (Desktop only, Mobile currently does not have this functionality)
If you have a ticket but it does not link to a tournament, it may be that the target tournament is not yet displayed in the lobby.
Random Prize Bonus (Random)
A random prize bonus creates an animated card feature where you will be shown potential prizes that can be won.
In the animation, the cards are shuffled, and you choose one card.
This is the prize you will win, and it will be credited to your poker account instantly.
