Having trouble remembering your password or want to update it for security? Below, you’ll find a quick guide to help you change your password or reset it to regain access to your account.
Before you start
For your account security, you’ll need to enter a verification code to confirm it's really you. Make sure you have access to the email address or phone number linked to your account; you’ll need it to receive the verification code.
Change your password if you’re logged in
Use Change Password. If you are already signed in and want to change your password for security reasons.
Press the person icon in the header, then choose "My Account".
From the menu, choose "Security Central".
Press "Change Password
4. Choose whether you want to receive the verification code by email or SMS. If SMS verification is not available for your phone number's country code, the verification code will be sent automatically via email.
5. Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone number, then press "Verify Code".
6. Enter your new password and re-enter it to confirm.
7. Press "Save Changes".
8. After your password is updated, you’ll see a confirmation message.
Reset your password if you’re logged out
Use this recovery process if you have forgotten your password or cannot access your account.
On the login page, press "Forgot Password?" link to start the recovery process.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account or your account number. Ensure you enter these details correctly to avoid issues, then press "Next".
3. Choose how you prefer to log in, then press "Next".
Based on your preferences, follow these instructions to complete this process:
Set a new password
If you choose this option, you will reset your password and regain access to your account.
Choose whether you want to receive the verification code by email or SMS. If SMS verification is not available for your phone number’s country code, the verification code will be sent automatically via email.
Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone number, then press "Verify Code".
Enter your new password and re-enter it to confirm.
Press "Save Changes".
After your password is updated, you’ll see a confirmation message and be automatically logged in.
Log in with a temporary code
If you choose this option, you can access your account using a temporary code instead of resetting your password.
Choose whether you want to receive the verification code by email or SMS. If SMS verification is not available for your phone number's country code, the verification code will be sent automatically via email.
Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone number, then press "Verify Code".
Once the verification code is verified, you’ll be automatically logged in and redirected.
Additional tips
Always use a strong password that’s hard to guess, combining letters, numbers, special characters, and symbols.
If you encounter problems, check your spam folder for verification emails.
