Enable 2-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance your account's security by securing logins from unauthorized access.

How 2-factor authentication works?

With 2-factor authentication, the website requires your credentials and a verification code to access your account. The verification code is sent via SMS or email.

Enabling 2-factor authentication

Follow the step below to set 2-factor authentication into your account:

  1. Once logged in, go to “My Account”.

  2. Press the “Profile Settings” button.

  3. Under the section 2-Factor authentication, press the “Enable” button.

  4. Under the “Verification” form, enter the code sent to your phone number or email to verify your account. Ensure you enter the code correctly.

    • For specific countries, you will need to indicate the method/channel (email or SMS) to receive the code.

  5. Press the “Verify Code” button. If the verification code is correct, your 2-factor authentication will be enabled, and the website will display a message indicating it.

Even if you don't have 2-factor authentication enabled, our website has this extra layer of security active in your account for withdrawals and changes in your security preferences, such as enabling/disabling 2-factor authentication or login using the "Forgot Password" process.

Once your verification code has been verified and the 2-factor authentication is active, it will not require 2-factor authentication at login for a short period (14 days) to reduce the number of times you need to complete it. If you clear your browser cookies, you will be prompted to log in and complete 2-factor authentication.

When enabling or disabling 2-factor authentication, we always require you to enter a verification code to verify your account and ensure you have access to your phone or email.
