Locating the “Forgot Password?” option
Follow the steps below to reset your password or quick access to your account:
Under the "Log In" form, you will find the "Forgot Password?" option under the login fields. To start the recovery process, press on this link.
Enter the email address associated with your account or your username. Ensure you enter these details correctly to avoid issues and press the “Next” button.
Select how you prefer to log in and press the “Next” button.
Based on your preferences, follow the instructions below:
Regardless of the option chosen for login, the websites will ask you to enter a verification code to verify your account and to continue the process.
Set a new password
If you select this option, you will reset your password and regain access to your account. Follow the steps below to complete this process:
Once you have submitted your email or username and selected this option to log in, we will send you a verification code.
For specific countries, you will need to indicate the method/channel (email or SMS) to receive the code.
Under the “Verification” form, enter the code sent to your phone number or email to verify your account. Ensure you enter the code correctly and press the “Verify Code” button.
Under the “Create a New Password” form, you will be prompted to enter the new password and renter it. Ensure the password is strong enough and difficult to guess, using a combination of letters, numbers, special characters, and symbols, and press the “Save Change” button.
The double-entry is a verification step to avoid mistakes.
Once you save the change, the websites will notify you that your password has been successfully changed, and you will be logged in and redirected (see reference images #5 and #6).
Login with a temporary code
If you select this option, you can quickly access your account, skipping the reset password process. Follow the steps below to complete this process:

Under the “Verification” form, enter the code sent to your phone number or email to verify your account and press the "Verify Code". Ensure you enter the code correctly.
If the verification code is correct, you will be logged in and redirected (see reference images #5 and #6).
