How to check your Rakeback

Rake is the portion of a cash game pot the house takes from poker cash games, while Tournament Fees are the cost for players to join a tournament. This is what we charge to cover the costs of facilitating the games; it is not related to winnings or losses.

Rakeback is when we return a percentage of the player's rake to the player as a promotional reward.

Your Rakeback percentage will be determined by your VIP status.

How to check your Rakeback varies by device. Follow the required instructions below, depending on what device you are using.

PC/LAPTOP/MAC

  1. Go to the “My Missions” option on the bottom menu bar.

  2. Select the Loyalty and Rewards mission and click on the “Missions” option.

Further details on the Rakeback promotion are available on the Overview tab

  3. The poker rake will show along the status bar, including the total figure at the end, along with the Rakeback percentage you receive.

  4. You will need to manually calculate your Rakeback payment.

To do this, calculate the amount raked by the percentage shown and round down to the nearest $0.10. In the example $38.94*10% = $3.89 Rakeback, rounded down to the nearest $0.10, is $3.80

    MOBILE

  2. Click on “Contests”

Please note you will have to either leave the table or wait for the tournament to complete for the amount to update. If you leave the table or the tournament completes after the cutoff point, your rake will contribute to next week’s rewards.

The previous week's mission will remain in the lobby for 24 hours, allowing you to view your progress and calculate your rewards here.

If you wish to confirm the rewards you received are correct, follow the instructions in Transactions – Payment/Bonus History.

FAQ

What is a VIP Program?

A VIP program is a special membership or loyalty program that offers players exclusive perks or rewards to selected customers or participants.

Our VIP program features seven tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite, and Black. Each Tier offers a designated percentage of Rakeback rewards that players can earn. The Rewards rates are as follows:

Bronze – 10%

Silver – 10%

Gold – 12.5%

Platinum - 15%

Diamond – 20%

Elite – 25%

Black – 30%

When will I be eligible to take part in the VIP Program?

The VIP loyalty program runs from Friday to Thursday, and you will be eligible to take part in the first Friday after you register for poker.

Which games qualify for Rakeback contributions?

All Cash games, Windfalls, SNGs, and MTTs contribute toward the progression in the VIP program, and any rake or fees paid in these games will qualify for Rakeback rewards.

How can I move up VIP levels?

Our VIP program is based on how much you wager on Sports, Esports, Racebook & Casino (including Casino in Poker). The more you play, the more you’ll advance through the levels.

Why does Poker play not count towards increasing my VIP level?

Your poker play is used to calculate your VIP rewards, not to increase your VIP level because the VIP system is not currently configured to include poker play. What we are doing with the VIP program is increasing rewards and adding a poker element for VIP players.

How do I know what level I am?

Log in to the homepage and click on VIP level under your profile.

Use the progress bar in the My VIP Rewards section of your account menu to check your VIP level and progress.

Why is my VIP level different on the website from my VIP Mission in the client?

Your VIP level will update constantly throughout the week, but the poker VIP program will update once a week on Wednesday. If your VIP level changes after this Wednesday, your loyalty level will increase on the following Wednesday.

What does the 10k figure represent in the VIP Mission?

The 10k figure does not represent any requirement; it is the figure used for the rake progress tracker. The only figure that is relevant here is your rake amount; this is the figure your Rakeback will be calculated on.

What happens if I rake in more than $10,000?

If you rake more than 10k, the mission will complete and reset for another 10k tracker, but your total rake will be $10,000 plus whatever you rake on the second mission.

What’s the difference between bronze and silver?

While both tiers enjoy the same 10% rakeback, once players graduate to Silver level, they will unlock access to generous Silver-exclusive freerolls and leaderboards (coming soon).

How is rake calculated?

Rake is calculated from playing on either cash tables or in any tournament types and can be tracked via the progress bar.

All players' rake for the week will be displayed via the progress bar.

You must level your table or the tournament you're playing must end by 23:59 ET Thursday to qualify for that week’s VIP rewards. If you leave the table or if the tournament finishes at 00:00 or later on Friday, your progress will count towards next week's rewards and will be paid then.

How do I check my Rakeback rewards?

The previous mission will remain in the lobby for 24 hours.
Players can manually calculate the Rakeback reward by checking the VIP rakeback percentage from the VIP loyalty program mission and calculating the amount from the total rake for that week.

Rakeback is calculated down to the nearest $0.10. Minimum qualifying amount is $1 Rake/$0.10 Rakeback.

Where can I check my Rakeback payment in the Poker lobby?

Players may view their RakeBack payments via their transaction history, which can be found in the Poker lobby under the Cashier section.

Players will be required to click on Bonus History to view their payments.
